Rocky Bullock

Mr. Bullock offers more than 40 years of experience in the technology industry, with expertise in professional services, systems integration, product design, new product introductions, technology development, sales, operations, manufacturing and logistics. He has held executive and senior manager positions at Dell, IBM, Digital Equipment, Pitney Bowes, Arvato, Quanta, Gateway, Sony OIA as well as several start-up and growth companies.

Mr. Bullock ran Dell’s Enterprise Operations in the 1990’s, where he grew the business from $2M/yr and 30 employees to $3B/yr and 1,000 employees, in less than 3 years. He also built Dell’s award-winning PN1 factory and expanded operations internationally to the EMEA and APAC theatres. After leaving Dell, he served as COO of a custom logistics company where he was responsible for ramping Dell’s first consolidated SLC, as COO of a professional services company, as President of an asset recovery company and as CEO of a hyper-converged systems appliance company. Additionally, he has assisted several organizations in supply chain improvements, including Dell, Google, Apple, GENCO, Zebra and Gateway. He currently serves as an advisor to several start up companies.

Mr. Bullock earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and has served as CFO of OCP since early 2012 and was named as CEO in 2015.
